Pastor Philip Hulzebos,
Trinity Worship Center and Dr. DonPratt are spearheading this area. A large staff of trained instructors are working throughout our jail and prison system.  Dr. Pratt, has developed a 100 hour curriculum, mandated by  the state for inmates.

100 Hour Curriculum
2007-08 Ministry Report We now have four ministry areas:  jails, prisons, aftercare houses, and Recently Released We are currently active in eight different facilities We have five to ten different teams in some of them  We now have graduates from our jail program continuing in Recently Released We service both male and female clients in about equal numbers Our work with sex offenders is developing slowly and has been very challenging Our main activity has taken place in Sarasota, Hernando, and Bartow counties

We have been using Southeastern University Ministry Practicum Students for the last year

Our program is growing In the last two years we have trained 250 leaders In the last two months we have graduated 100 students in Parenting, Anger, and Financial Units Certificates for both leaders and students have been very much in demand We are now operating in the Rhode Island State Prison We are now operating in the Hillsborough State Prison (female) Interest in our program has caused increased demand on resources Last 2 ½ weeks spend in major upgrade of http://100hour.org web site, now 34 printed pages in length Last 6 months have been spent in establishing business infrastructure needed to sustain growth in the program This now requires full-time commitment to this ministry Need for supply of materials – now costs over $1,000/month just for books Need for both leader and student certificates of completion Need for accurate records Need to answer questions – sometimes over an hour on the phone at a time

Our website has now revamped and contains many more printed pages

Our program is run entirely with volunteers Many are already experienced Many are retired About ½ are ex-offenders and ½ are not About 2/3 are male and 1/3 female Constant need to train new leaders and establish contacts for new ministry.

Reception of 100 Hour program has been very positive This is especially true with seasoned workers Our students always give it high praise Our program allows them to talk and interact It is practical yet Biblical It is sequenced and in depth It addresses the needs that need meeting Never had a disappointed group Southeastern University is increasingly turning to us for ministry examples and opportunities We are recognized nationwide, was featured in Living Free International Conference last year
